Friulian salami – half

Friulian salami with a medium grain, made with the best pork cuts (tenderloin, legs, shoulders and rib chops). The meat is minced, then flavoured with garlic and a light selection of spices. The salami has a tender texture and it is aged for an average of approximately two to three months. It makes a great hors d’oeuvre when served with homemade bread.
