We were born and raised in San Daniele, Friuli, proud to belong to a great tradition, but also proud to be one of the smallest prosciutto ham factories in the region. We prepare our prosciuttos one by one, with the same passion and hand made ability that inspired Rino Bagatto, one of the founders of the San Daniele Prosciutto Association, when he created a small business that today has reached its third generation. We suggest you to taste these prosciuttos too and you will find that 50 years of history did not change anything.
